Chef Jules Smith is a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Assoc. (USPCA). She is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and carries the title of Personal Chef. (Chef Jules is currently expanding her culinary knowledge at the Le Cordon Bleu program at Orlando Culinary Academy, which she will have completed in Oct of 2006.) She has been ServSafe Certified by the National Restaurant Association and Educational Foundation (NRAEF) in the State of Florida since 1998.
