Do
I have to hire GCCS for the entire week or can I hire you for specific
days?
Our
weekly planned meals are available 6 days per week, Monday through
Saturday. You pick the days that you want your meals prepared.
Do
you prepare only dinners?
Absolutely
not. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available.
Do
I buy the food and store it?
Chez
Soi purchases the food and it is stored at your home. This
may be done the day of or up to 48hrs in advance dependent on the event
and the service.
How
do I pick my meals?
Chef Jules
will assist you with customizing your meal selections.
What
if I want something that is not on the menu?
The
menu represents some of Chef Jules specialty and favorite dishes. The
menu is only limited by your and Chef Jules’ imagination.
What
about my dietary and food allergy needs?
All
the items that are prepared by Chef Jules are made from scratch. So,
Chef Jules can provide you with an ingredient list for you to review
and determine if the food falls within your dietary guidelines. In most
meals the fat, sugar (carb), and salt contents can be modified.
Do
I have to be Home when you are preparing my meals?
No,
you do not. CS is licensed and
insured and Chef Jules would be happy to supply you with any supporting
documents that you request.
If
you are cooking in my home do I need special equipment?
CS
has all of the special equipment. Your Stove, Oven, Fridge, and Freezer
are all I usually need for most occasions. I supply all packaging materials.
Who cleans up the mess?
Your
kitchen will be left clean and tidy. I have a rule…”I will
leave it in the same manner that I found it.”
I
am a Vegetarian do you have meals to fit my needs?
Absolutely,
Vegetarian and Vegan meals and menus are available.
I
did not see any price lists. Where can I get this information?
Because
the cost is dependent on what service you are seeking, what meals you
will be choosing and how many people will be served, contact Chef Jules
to discuss a pricing lists.
Are
deposits required and are there contracts?
Yes,
again these are dependent on the service, meal, and number of people.
Most deposits are 50% of the entire cost and are refundable up to 3
days prior to the event, or the Friday prior to the beginning of the
new week.
Do
you accept Credit Card payments?
Unfortunately,
Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. Cash or check. There
will be a $35 dollar service charge on all returned checks.
Could
I buy your service as a gift?
Gift certificates are available.
Please
explain your weekly pre-packaged service?
This is a great service for busy people on the go who do
not have the time or desire to cook, but do not want to eat out every
day, and for people on weight loss programs. Meals are prepared fresh
in your home. They are packaged with re-heating and storage instructions
for you to eat at your convenience. Most meals can be heated and served
in about ten minutes on the average.
